Less administration with Trippus certification function
When pharmaceutical companies invite regional county employees to training courses and conferences special rules apply. The pharmaceutical company may only pay for a certain amount of the expenses for the training course or conference and the regional county employees’ manager must approve the event. This creates extra administration, and to solve this Trippus have developed the certification function.
The invitation and registration procedure works as usual. The invitation is sent to the participant who registers and chooses between available options for hotel accommodation and various additional options. But in addition to the participant getting a confirmation of the registration, the same data is sent to the participant’s manager who revieves an overview of the event and the cost. The manager can directly from the overview approve or decline the participation. The administrator of the pharmaceutical company and/or their conference arranger/travel agency can follow the flow of registrations in real time.
