Credit card, invoice or both?
When participants sign up for your event they end up in the payment function where they either pay online with their credit card, or enter their invoice details. It’s up to you as an organizer to decide which payment method should be available to whom.
How does it work?
- Credit card payments are processed in real-time which means that the fee is charged to their cards immediately. As an organizer you know that you have received the money from all participants that have booked.
- Invoices are automatically created and sent to participants. Payments are registered in the system automatically.
- Do you need to refund a participant? You can refund the whole fee or a part of it directly from the Trippus administration tool.
- What about the money? It’s paid to your account and accompanied with a detailed statement per event.
- No hidden fees. You get a fixed price per invoice and a percentage of the turnover for credit card payments. No monthly or annual fees, everything is included.
