Specsavers Clinical Conference – a conference series in five countries

Together for better eyecare – that’s the theme for the Clinical Conference, a series of events organized by Specsavers. Providing optometry, audiology and other healthcare services Specsavers employs over 32,500 people working in almost 2,000 stores in ten countries.

In partnership with the Dublin-based conference agency Agenda, Trippus delivered online registration services, on-site check-in and Print on Demand badging for the Clinical Conference 2019 with over 2,500 attendees. Together with the Agenda team one person from Trippus with one set of equipment handled badge printing on-site for the five events in five different cities in six days.

After completing the six-day tour with one-day events in Utrecht, Oslo, Copenhagen, Stockholm and Helsinki we can conclude that Trippus Print on Demand is a very efficient service for badge production on-site. One person can travel with the equipment needed and the setup time in each location is very short.
