The mission

Meetx is one of Sweden's leading conference organizers. Among their events we find the popular Book Fair "Bokmässan", which is organized together with, among others, Trippus. Meetx is an innovative PCO, Professional Conference Organiser, which offers services for effective and developing meetings, conferences and congresses in Sweden and abroad. Annually, about 60 conferences and close to 50,000 participants are handled by Meetx, everything from national and international scientific congresses to meetings and corporate events.

For the large number of conferences and amount of participants that are administered daily, Meetx depends on a tool that is flexible and user-friendly. This has made Meetx active Trippus users for many years.

For most types of events, everything from invitations and registration, to Trippus event app, table seating, mobile interaction, reports and evaluations are used. Advanced solutions with many parallel sessions and social activities are also created for large congresses.

Meetx has been nominated for several Trippus Awards and also won the comet of the year award in 2016 and 2018.

Trippus involvement

Meetx themselves work actively in Trippus event platform, and with success. They use functions such as invitations, registration, payment solutions, event pages, event apps, check-in and statistics. In connection with Meetx conferences, staff from Trippus are usually on site to help with check-in, printing of name tags and technical support.
