Trippus expands in Germany – hires three sales staff
Since two years back Trippus has an office in Berlin, and now we expand our German operations with three sales staff based in Hanover.
All three new colleagues have experience from the event tech sector in Germany and have already got started selling Trippus’ solutions.
We see this as a fantastic resource and a great opportunity to give us an even stronger position in the German market, says Trippus CEO Mats Nyberg. Our international expansion has entered into a new phase and the feedback we get from clients in all markets where we’re active is incredibly positive. Germany is one of the largest markets in Europe, and this is an important step to be able to meet that demand, Nyberg continues.
Trippus is based in Uppsala, Sweden where the headquarter still is located, but the company expands quickly. In addition to the German offices Trippus is also active in the American, Norwegian, Danish, Italian, Belgian and Austrian markets.
Our international expansion has entered an extremely interesting phase, says Martin Klöfver, Trippus’ Head of New Markets. In several of the markets outside of Scandinavia where we have established in the last two years we’re really gaining traction, and it feels very exciting to be able to make this investment in Germany that is such an important market for us.
The service that we have developed in close co-operation with professional event organizers in Scandinavia over a 15-year period has proved to work very well in an international setting as well. An easy-to-use interface combined with powerful features and a personal approach when it comes to support and training give us a competitive advantage in all the markets where we’re active, Klöfver concludes.

From 25 to 40 colleagues in six months!
When we started off the autumn season after the hot summer of 2018 the Trippus team consisted of 25 staff totally – today we are 40 colleagues!
